The University of Alaska Land Management Office (ӰɴýLM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue two land use permits on University of Alaska land at or above fair market value.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to ӰɴýLM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, June 3, 2024, to be considered.

Development & Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (“University”) intends to execute two land use permits authorizing the maintenance and operations of two outdoor commercial signs in the Anchorage area. The permit areas include landscaping and power. Permits will be issued for multiple years with additional renewal options.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcels.
