As the world’s leading arctic research institution, ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ engages in numerous partnerships with federal research agencies and the military. To maintain the university's pre-eminence in arctic research, we inform policymakers about ÐÓ°É´«Ã½â€™s role as an engine for scientific discovery and innovation. We work closely with Alaska’s congressional delegation to represent ÐÓ°É´«Ã½â€™s funding interests and policy goals in Washington D.C.
